When I saw this I could not hit the “Notify Me” button fast enough. Kalidia, Walk In Darkness and Alterium make some of the best music I have ever heard - and not just because of your beautiful voice and awesome singing either. You always work with the best of the best musicians! I love how you all made this your own - it’s clearly not just you singing over the band-portion of the audio of the original Nightwish song. “Élan” is one of my favorite songs and got me through one of toughest times in my life. Fast forward to several months ago when I realized who did that song during one of the ads playing during my KZbin-curated Arch Enemy mix (back in the days before I had KZbin Premium). That ad was the lyric video for “The Lost Mariner” which is one of my favorite music videos by anyone. And the video for “Lies Device” is one of the coolest videos ever - it’s not only a great song with lyrics that are sang with such a confident attitude - but that naturally-there marble rock quarry forest or whatever wilderness background is uniquely beautiful and stunning. You have the voice of an enchantress. Not many people could sing “Last Siren” or “Élan” with this unique style of grace, confidence, emotion and unbridled wonderlust. Simply awesome, my words are nearly meaningless compared with the actual feelings that emerge from this powerful, important music.
