Honestly, if all children in their first school years had heard this song and read the lyrics, I'm sure that today... all of humanity would be much more cohesive and kind to each other. I had never thought about how I got here, today, alive. If anyone still had doubts that Nightwish ARE THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD, right no?. When you said the voice should be more present in the mix I was thinking about what I read before on the first album she was lead vocalist and there were some similar comments. Floor's voice is one of the instruments in the arrangements and therfore equaly in the mix. It makes a lot of sense from a composition perspective. She serves the song as each other instrument does. Great song, cannot wait for the album and to hear this one live.

Love it! Floor will be louder and more up front Live. The recordings never have it quite the same as the power & emotions we feel when singing live. She has said the poor sound guys because she has a very complicated mix for what she wants to hear or not hear in her in-ear phones. 😊

That version is NOT as the song is intended to be listened to, Tuomas has been writing, producing and mixing music for almost 3 decades and almost a dozen albums, why would a random person on the Internet know better than the guy who wrote the music.
