Troy Donockley played the low whistle, and the female backing vocal here was the amazing Floor Jansen.

Hi there. Thank you for your reaction to our favorite band. There has been a lot of changes in the band throughout the years from 1996 until today. And even though the music they have created is VERY diverse, the one constant is that it has always been distinctly Nightwish. The mastermind behind 95% of the songs is Tuomas (on keys), but this song is (mostly) written by Marko (Bass/singer).

Yes that is the latest female lead singer, Floor Jansen and Marko is the bassist who also can play guitar. Troy on low whistle also plays various wind and string instruments but lead guitarist, Emppu, not present in this song.

Marco is actually the bass player in Nightwish. Empu is the guitarist in the band.

The split is mostly that when semi-acoustic guitar is needed, it's Marko, for full electric sound it's Emppu.

20000 people as he said in his intro. Although started as lead guitar he switched to bass and Emppu Vuorinen, a modern great of the guitar but unrecognised, is the Nightwish lead guitar. But Marco does pull out The Beast from time to time, as here. For some weird guitar sounds, try Elvenjig/Rlvenpath. Buenos Aires 2018 is the standard but in Bogota uou can see how they are being made, lits of good close up.

some other great bands that you could cover would be symphony x or the band Kamelot, with their original vocalist Roy Kahn. Their current vocalist is also incredibly talented as well and brings a lot to the band, but Roy had the voice of a god. Both bands have extremely talented band members in all aspects, both instrumental and vocal.
