Glad you decided to listen to this one. The whole concert was a definitive moment in Nightwish's development as they performed to 82,000 people most of whom had never heard Floor singing with the band. She performs 14 of the 15 song setlist (15th instrumental) which were all written for one of the two previous singers and takes them to another level. Such a shame that your reactions in stereo and music in mono, left side only.

Hi Charlene, great reaction. I could hear you in both my headphones channels but when you had the Nightwish video running I could only hear them in my left channel. Your sound and video wasn't synched either. I hope you know how to fix it but I rather listen to Nightwish in one ear than not😁. 🤓🇸🇪

Thank you. I actually recorded the whole thing and for some reason the music wasn't audible so I had to add it and try my best to line it up. (I didn't want to do the song again, because then it wouldn't have been authentic.) Thanks for letting me know about the headphone channels. Not quite sure how to fix that, but I will just make sure audio is working from the get go! :).

When hearing something new many people head to some familiar comparison so your reference to Amy Lee in the first video is totally understandable and actually common. The Nightwish fan base has come to expect that, but mainly doesn't want people to lock into it. That is because all three female singers that the band has had bring something of their own to the music. As you go down this musical path you will encounter several astonishing voices.

If you like it softer, Nightwish has songs like that as well. Many hard core fans a touchy about a comparison with Amy Lee (Evanescence). No worries. It is the first female vocalist that comes to mind for most Americans. You will find the Floor has a much broader range of vocal techniques in he musical arsenal and is probably the best live singer on the planet. Her breath control and vocal pitch placement is amazing for a live performance. I love Amy's vocal ability, but find her studio work much better that her live performances. Respect to Amy Lee, but Floor could be her vocal teacher.
