I agree. I love her reactions because they go into so much detail about vocal techniques! Some people get upset because she stops the videos so often to talk about voice/ expression/ style, rather than just reacting 'emotionally', but this kind of analysis is precisely what I am interested in.

As a girl growing up I got bullied quite a bit because of my height (182cm) and amazon was a insult that I got called regularly. Even though as an adult Ive grown to love my height there was a part of me that feared things that would take away my "womanity". The first time I saw you perform I felt like this is who I want to be like. Though I didnt know how tall you were you felt tall, confident powerful yet your singing still had the feeling of fragility and empathy. When I saw you on that stage I thought being called amazon felt more like an honour than an insult. So thank you for giving me that feeling that I can maybe one day feel as confident as you look on that stage.

This band is extremely versatile, especially with the current singer. If Gabriel shows up and gives you tips, listen to Him. These bits are great starters for the weekend! :D Guilty as well of watching reactions to GLS, and the genuine ones with the people who discover Nightwish are awesome (regardless of initial intention). I remember an older guy being so enthusiastic because, as he mentioned, as years pass by you tend to be less and less likely to discover things that get you enthusiastic, so different from everything you learned to expect over the years... His only fear was that maybe Nightwish only had a great song, like many other bands, and he was reluctant to get his hopes up for more great stuff. Boy, was he in for a surprise.. :D

Yes, RVA Rebecca Vocal Coach with 1.15 million subs! I've been worried about Rebecca lately, I haven't seen much if anything @ all posted by RVA! She would have @ least 1 reaction ready for us on a weekly basis if not more. She has such a personable personality, she's very likable & funny, but she's also a sensitive & an intelligent women too. I find RVA very inspiring & naturally quite entertaining, while teaching us, in "laymen's" terms, how a vocalist sounds the way they do. This year though, she explained she was getting over the after-effects of contracting Covid-19. She was out of any critical stages but wasn't 100%, that's for sure. I am worried for RVA as a person & vocal coach, I've been subbed to her since she started & I'm concerned if she really is OK! I suppose I could always look her details up & try to send her a message. I'm Praying Rebecca is well. (I'm pretty sure Rebecca has the most subscribers to her channel as a Vocal Coach with 1.15 million subs so others must be wondering how she is too?)

About KZbin reaction videos with actual reaction/analyze, I highly recommend to check out Chase Carneson, Tank The Tech, Big Brain Singer, Julia Nilon and Guylain Prince OFM. Chase does overall breakdown of the music, Tank is a roadie and does breakdown of the gear and stage effects, Big Brain Singer and Julia Nilon are vocal coaches so naturally breaking down singing and vocal techinques and Guylain Prince analyzes the lyrics and lyric-music-(video) combination. Those people are intelligent, informative and generally nice persons. For entertainment purposis, Mr Rock N Roll. He just melts in a puddle every time he listens good music 😄 Those (or any) reactors are thrilled to get a comment or like from artists they make reaction videos of.

I let one of my best friends listen to your Ghost Love Score Wacken performance. His reaction at the ending was tears, many tears. When he finally found back to himself, he wanted to listen to it again and cried again. That performance was something special and magical.

Floor trolling the army with that title..lol Great question about the in ears though ,it’s amazing how everyone’s mix is so different. Back in the day when in ears sounded half as good as they do now I liked my keys up front (obviously)bass in the back drums acoustic and no guitar because our guitarist liked to freestyle fills live. Not that I sang but I sang along as I played for timing and our guyJosh would throw bar dives and wails in wherever .The problem is I love whammy bar tricks and it would distract me 😂

I lived in NL for a few years while in the Army and I'll never forget my first time having Vla. I didn't know Dutch and thought Vla was the Dutch word for milk. It is not! My favorite Dutch treat, believe it or not, is stroopwafel and if I could come back to NL to visit that would be the first thing I get. Great video, Floor. Greetings from the US!

Floor, I stumbled upon a "Ghost Love Score" reaction by accident. I've been a classic rock guy most of my life, but I enjoy all genera's.....Good music is good music, whether it's Jazz, Blues, Rock, Folk, and even Bagpipe music when the mood hits. As a U.S. 65 yr old fan, I have to say I love the intensity changes and the tempo changes in your Nightwish songs. It always keeps you guessing, where's it going next????? I haven't been moved by music like yours in a very long time. The live recording at Wacken is absolutely a "tour de force"..Best of luck to all of you, and thanks for the fantastic music....
