Who would ever think a band would write and perform a song that tells the story of the formation of the Universe from the Big Bang all the way to Enter Sandman. After my first view of this master piece, I found the lyrics, wrote down terms I had forgotten or never knew the meaning to several of them. Then I looked all of them up in Wikipedia - HOLY CRAP - having a fresh knowledge of the terms made the song explode into reality. It all made sense and it showed the brilliance of Tuomas and his ability to meld it all into a composition and song like nothing before. As song writers go, Tuomas is on a completely different level. BTW, you're close to how tall Floor is. She's 6-1 but in her spikes she prolly pushes 6-4 to 6-5. She's a beast in the very best possible way.

Nightwish Army, Blue Mountains Corps, Australia. The creation of the universe, life on Earth and everything within one song. Tuomas had to shorten this opus to make if physically possible for the band to perform it live! The next deep space probe like Voyager 1 and 2 should have this song on it's golden record. - If and when ET finds it, works out how to hear it, translates it and understands it "We WERE here" might be all they get to know about us and this planet! You will probably like the track "Tribal" if you have not heard it before, Kai, the drummer, had to buy more toms to add to his kit for that song.... and the skeleton dance!

The title of the issue is taken from a 2009 book by evolutionary biologist and atheist writer Richard Dawkins, about the evidence for biological evolution. Dawkins also contributes to the album. Holopainen explained to HMV in March 2015: "I wrote him a letter a little over a year ago and explained what ideas we had for this album, mainly about evolution. Since one of the songs goes straight to one of his books, it felt like a perfect match to try and recite him on the album. A few weeks later, he sent me an email accepting the invitation." "Later in 2014, we recorded his parts at Hats Off Studios, Oxford. This is a huge honour for us, as Dawkins is one of our greatest heroes and his writings have been a huge inspiration for the album."
