Yes.. I'm a malayali. I can't read or write Tamil. But after Malayalam and English, Tamil is the next language that I can understand easily. And I believe it's because we used to watch Tamil movies a lot. We grew up watching Rajnikanth, Vijay, surya movies.. Maybe that's why. I'm so happy that I can understand each and every words they are saying in this interview. Tamil is such a beautiful language.. "Manithar unarnthukolla ith manithakkadhal alla.. Tbh I love the film but all the hype this movie got right now in Tamil Nadu is because of that song placement. Those who don't know Tamil may not feel this kind of empathy with the characters and movie. And most of the viewers went to watch from word of mouth and other media recommendations, so basically everyone went with the thought of when that particular moment come up. I really don't like how the dream sequences incorporated during the rescue operations cause it takes away the continuity for me.
