@@hinata1660 Depends. I don't think we know much about Nijisanji EN, but it's all part of their contracts for their activities as Vtubers, and any clauses that talk about graduation/leaving. If a graduated vtuber just wants to contact an active Vtuber off-stream, then ofc that's totally fine. The only issue usually in most vtuber agencies is when the graduated vtuber wants to use any assets that they had in their time as a vtuber (because those belong to the company, not the person usually), and especially if they want to stream together with the active vtuber with those assets. I think most vtuber agencies allow their active vtubers to stream with people from other companies, so if a graduated vtuber redebuts as someone else and wants to collab with an active vtuber from their old company, I usually think that's fine as long as the redebuted vtuber doesn't use anything from their past life that had to do something with the company. But, yes. Vtubers can usually be in contact even semi-publicly with their former workmates, but they can't do that as their previous vtuber identities (because those typically belong to the company still). I believe someone like Nina Kosaka can still contact the members and even collab, AS LONG AS she isn't using her Nina Kosaka name / assets because that's ANYCOLOR property (unless they allow her to use it even without affiliation to Nijisanji EN anymore, which would be extremely generous).
