Kuzuha might seem very irresponsible the first time u see him but now I've gained a respect for the dude. He seems to perfectly know what he's saying, taking no sides. That makes him cool and honestly attractive

He seems cool n lax most of the time but surprisingly that makes him appear more mature to me. He knows his boundaries and doesn't make a fuss about minor rules. You often hear him yell and complain but u know he isn't genuinely angry about it. But irdk man im an outsider I dont completely understand their culture.

He's actually right. Kuzuha's followers are increasing and I hope they're real fans that respects him not those fans that are just joining the bandwagon because he's famous. I hope those who commented rude things in his streams gets blocked and would never be able to follow any of Nijisanji's members.

Before anything else, HELP HE'S TOO CUTE. and I think kzh fans are protecting both kzh and any names mentioned. Since literally anyone will get flamed including kzh cause he surprisingly got a lot of antis (they even join his membership to dislike his members only content and comment weird stuff in chat). Though it can be quite annoying that the chat full of "stop mentioning" since kzh likes to read chat a lot on his solo stream. The right measure is for fans to know the boundary. Also, other vtubers(except kanae) would probably pretend nothing happened in the chat and ignore it to avoid any conflict and here we have this vampire, OK OI STOP FIGHTING YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S ANNOYING SAYING NO MENTIONING I DON'T CARE BOUT IT BTW NOW CHAT NORMALLY kusa

I actually agree with Kuzuha and it seems completely fine. The JP side seems to be extremely strict on what to do or not. I think it's best to let him do things the way he's been doing them already. His laid back but snarky attitude is the most entertaining that way.

It's not just JP viewers. I've definitely seen English-speaking viewers get annoying about rules as well. One instance I remember was when a big EN vtuber played Minecraft, on the same server as (and even interacted ingame with) another one from the same group. People in chat were obviously talking about what was happening onscreen - and soon the chat devolved into a big ****show, because half the audience started shouting at everyone to follow the rules (which included the standard "don't talk about other streamers unless I mention them first"), while the other half were shouting at the first half to stop being dumb and taking the rules literally. It was pretty awful.
@ZigZagKangaroo

@@FireballFlame ah yeah I didn't mean to say that the EN side is perfect. They also have some points to work on. Chat police is just as bad as people spamming or breaking the rules imo.

I think the strict adherence to "chat rules" in general are actually hindering a lot of them from finding success in EN circles like Hololive. Because of the rules a lot of new followers who don't know the chat rules and get admonished in chat and are discouraged from joining in, and a lot of english viewers refrain from commenting for that reason. But half the fun of watching a streamer is chat interaction so it's really difficult...

@@tash8697 I mean english viewers do get conflicting things told to them, like Hana Macchia was telling people give new viewers reminders not to talk about other vtubers in chat and to "giving new viewers a reminder and educating them whenever they do something like this will always be really appreciated. so let's try to improve our favourite vtuber's chat together, yeah?", so i understand she personally prefers the policing but the wording makes it seem like we should universally be policing

That is not exactly what he is saying here. These rules exist for a reason and he would enforce it if people randomly starts mentioning others without any prompt. But in this game, he is matched up with Uruha in game so it became an "impromptu collab" of sort. Now it's more awkward to NOT mention Uruha so chat should be free to do so. You can't just pretend she's a random person when everyone knows that she's not.

I pretty much got his point. It is the unspoken rule of VTuber community which got adapted from niconico streaming culture, if I'm not mistaken. Though tbf it does kind of make no sense to prohibit us, listeners, to mention other livers who comes from the group/company or those who shows up in the stream. But then again, a rule was also made to prevent something. In this case, to prevent the chat from going off topic or worse. Because I've heard about some chat who said, "Hey, liver Z started streaming now. Gtg now. Bye" or something like that. In the end, this just a never ending dilemma. The solution is probably depends on the livers themselves. Some of them may apply this rule for their chat, and some others may not just like Kuzuha here.

It reminds me when mito said chat is the reflection of the vtuber. Kuzuha kinda lax guy so that's why he got annoyed with his chat. Chat police is really annoying especially when they enter touurnaments. I think if it's in the content then it's ok to mention names but if it keeps getting annoying, you would really feel it then that's the time you apply that rule. Vtubers do collab a lot as in a lot and from then groups or even ships get develop and being a content creator they don't want to get tied to that so I think that's why they apply that rule in the first place. but real question is was that the real nose?? lol

Tell em, Zuha! 😤😤😤 Yo but seriously though, I appreciate how honest and blunt Zuha is regarding some things, while also remaining neutral as much as possible, making his grievances into a banter. I think it's amazing. The way his "juvenile demeanor" changes when it comes to something serious or something he genuinely feels... it's a nice balance of being silly and being mature, he kinda reminds me of Pewds in that aspect tbh xD

If he goes online and gets matched with another famous VTuber like he did here then it's clearly related to the current stream. You don't just act like that was just a random person when you know that she's not. It would be more unnatural to deliberately avoid mentioning her name here than actually mentioining her. The rule is "don't mention others without being prompted" not "never mention others". In this case, being matched in the same game WAS the prompt so the chat should be able to freely mention Uruha. Now if a day has passed and he does a collab stream with Hima and they are playing a different game. Chat should not be mentioning Uruha for no reason. HOWEVER, if he does a collab with Kanae instead and he says "btw I had a game with your friend Uruha the other day....", then that is now a topic chat can discuss again because the streamer himself brought it up.

Yeah man idk policing can be alright sometimes when people are taking things a bit far, but like one it just adds more fuel to the flames and sparks more comments that are completely irrelevant to what’s actually going on in the stream, and/or two the stuff people are doing aren’t things that need to be policed at all. I respect the people that police over actual problems and don’t overstep their bounds, but sometimes people just wanna police for somr other random reason (power? doing livers a favor? idk the reason tbh). Like the whole telling livers to go to sleep shenanigans lmao

This is what made the difference of Vtubers community and Normal Streamer. Normal Streamer has no rule for mentioning names at all, sometimes it even created a whole new content that can be remembered/clipped. That's why I was a bit shock when I saw "No Name Mention unless collab" because that's the first time I ever encounter it. Imho, they created the rule to avoid drama. Twitch streamer is being dragged a lot after chat mentioning their name, which made the streamer answer it. It's good that they does it to avoid drama, but the chat police and the vtuber themselves should know when to enforce and when not. For example, Asking their friends wellness or condition is okay, but asking about what happen to the drama that happen to their friend (like asking Meiro to Chaika or Roa to Gundou) is not okay and need to be enforced since it create unhealthy situations.

See, I agree with him in a sense. I think, if the context is right, it's fine to mention another vtuber. But the thing is, when it's done to purposely cause trouble or create some kind of drama, I think that's very rude. I also think it's rude when a person is playing some random game, and listeners come in and demand "Play Apex with VtuberB!!!!" To be a strict chat police is also not creating a positive chat environment as well. So I am not a big fan of chat police too. That being said, if a vtuber is someone who enjoys or encourages drama, then it's fine. If you are a real fan, you should know where the line is with your fave vtuber. If you just watch translated clips but rarely follow the actual streams, I think...exercising a bit of caution is a wise move.
