You would expect him to deliver the tsukkomi (punchline) since he's the last one to join in, but instead he broke the combo and enhanced the bizarre situation. You could hear someone immediately laughing at his humor. Then Debiru responded with a tsukkomi that itself served as yet another boke. Well, at some point, they all found the exact same timing and you could hear maybe 3 voices besides Kanae's who tried to break the tension and deliver the tsukkomi. They're all amazing entertainers.
