It's so dump to play with landlord and blackmailing him or her. What if they recorded everything? And no one is here to teach any lessons to someone, He is still on the line of the script, but if it's any other man, of course he's gonna call the police. And no one's gonna understand what she meant to do. So be on the safe side before doing such things.
