The bond between a player & a coach is so strong. They impact our lives in so many ways that people do not understand. When we’re not ourselves, they can sense it. They know how emotional life is for us & the ones who truly care about their players make a bond that is unbreakable. They’re tough on you because they see something in you that you yourself can’t see. This was so damn awesome. I love her.

😢😢😢😢and 😂😂😂😂. Paige, I guess, was filming this. Nika's words were so 'right on' and she gave so many people an inside look at who Geno is and what he has been doing for 39 years. Nika, no matter where you go you will run into UCONN wbb players who will tell you when they played for Geno and, I'm sure, share some experiences they had with him. Nika, with you in Seattle, Aaliyah in Washington, Dorka in Minnesota, Lou in Dallas, and on and on and on most of us will have to have special tv programming available for us. And, our neighbors will be wondering how come the light is always on at our place? What? You're watching a basketball game at 1am? Nika, like coach told you, show them how they mold players at UCONN. Bottom line, the UCONN gals should be very proud that they got that far - especially considering all the injuries they had during the season.
