Nika, I’m halfway through the video but got the urge to tell you. It’s such a beautiful gift you’re giving us to pass on all your knowledge about healing. Like this you turned it all around and maybe you see all this “suffering” yourself as a gift now. I got so much out of your videos already and I’m just very grateful for it. THANKS for being you 🧡

The concept of detachment as a strategy for conserving energy and focusing on personal growth is powerful and transformative. Embracing this can indeed create a magnetic presence by allowing us to invest in our self-worth rather than external outcomes. 🌟

Love this message! Detaching to the outcome truly is the secret ingredient to manifesting! I was single all of my twenties and it wasn’t until I completely let go and detached from my yearning for love, that I finally met the love of my life!

There’s a difference between controlling behavior and wanting respect. I have no time to control a man but he will respect me. I want him to do him. I encourage it but respect me. I respect him. I practiced this and he cheated on me. I did not take him back. I stood in my word and still do. Once they or I make the decision to leave, it ain’t no coming back. I will continue to do this because the right one will come around.

She says: "I hope this video helped you out..." I'll be honest, this video seems like it was made for me since it covered everything I've been thinking about. I'm glad to keep coming back to your channel to find gems like this. Currently traveling the world to "find myself" and this video hit home more than anything. You're an amazing example of what someone looks like when they appreciate themselves.

So good ! You can’t control the outcome & it’s so true because manifesting has people trying to manipulate outcomes and control things to happen and you can’t!

Thank you for this video! If you make a video about detachment in relationships, can you please also explain how to balance letting go and speaking up your needs/wants? Sometimes, I find it hard to distinguish between trying to control the situation in a toxic way and communicating my feelings/the changes I wish to see.

Visualize this part of yourself that is calm , trusting and rooted in place like leaf with roots and eye of storm. Things are happening for me and everything happens for a reason What am i meant to learn from this? Give yourself examples from experiences you have Do cognitive reframing : change meaning of the story Consistantly let things go and happen Let them show you who they are Trust instead of control Find which feelings are attached to it and find things that make you feel the same way How will i feel when i achieve it What will having this mean about me If i let go of something what will happen?
