To focus on myself, I'm gonna do exercise for a month for not only to lose weight but also energise my brain. It will also have impact on my skin. It'd make me feel put-together and have that girl's mentality. So from today, I'll exercise in the evening nd go on a walk everymorning afterwards I'll journal nd listen to podcast.✨ And I'll come back here after a month to write things down that I learned through this journey nd after I accomplish this goal, I'll buy myself a book!!

There’s a difference between controlling behavior and wanting respect. I have no time to control a man but he will respect me. I want him to do him. I encourage it but respect me. I respect him.
