This must be one of the longest builds I have seen you do.

Back at it early nik, great project...

Just a thought, if you drill a relief hole, at the end of the pinch slot, it will tighten up a whole lot easier Nik

I too think a 3/8" drilled hole will help relieve the pressure needed to tighten the Arbor support. Id also drill an oil hole thru the support to lube the bearing . Id use an 1/8" drill and counter bore with 1/4" drill and add a wick to hold oil for the bearing.

Since I may have missed it, did you indicate the right-angle head to be sure it was square? If not that may be why the mark wasn't in the center of the part

try drilling a hole at the bottom of the saw cut
@fredoropesa49392 жыл бұрын
Why don’t you just weld it

lazy machinist works twice as hard. and never gets it right.

Ouch! Sure you want to be so negative.
@jamiebuckley17692 жыл бұрын
@@NikColyerMachineWorks nick im not trying to be negative im actualy trying to be a positive influence to you. i see you trying to do alot of scetchy things somtimes as one example when you dont take the proper time to clamp things in the mill and it moves and you ruin the part. as harold would say keep on keeping on nick. sorry if i sounded negative.
