This video definitely helped me choose the right size. So many people suggesting to downsize by half or full but srsly of women’s US 7 fits perfectly!!! 😉 I suggest one sticks to his/her TTS for air force 1 shadows - especially if one has wide foot.

I just bought these shadows and the Air Force sage I had to get them in a 9.5. They are true to size. I usually size down to a 9 in Nike roshe but running shoes like free runs I can also wear a 9 . In vans I wear a size 9. Hope that helps.
