Another great vid Josh! One other shout for the GAT look is true vintage pairs, you can find deadstock or lightly worn pairs from military surplus or vintage shops. I got a B-grade pair that was worn 1-2x and like new, swapped the laces and insoles, and have a pair of history that's surprisingly light and comfy for under $100. I've wanted the Margiela replicas since getting into shoes 10+ years ago, but with that price tag, these will do for now.

reebok classic leather triple white, and triple black. my go to pairs and literally go with everything. picked them both up for 80$ total so for an every day beater i cannot complain at all.

The best everyday sneaker is the one that fits your specific feet. While I enjoy the silhouettes of the Nike’s and Adidas’s shown, they are way more narrow than other brands. Vans,converse, and Reebok feel much wide-foot friendly on me.

Bought those Vejas a few years ago,. They look amazing but word of warning to anyone with wider feet - they are narrow shoes and not at all comfortable. The upper material has never softened. I can only wear mine if I'm not walking and not planning to wear them for long.

Surprised no Jordan 1 lows - wht/met silver are a go-to. Also the GG’s have never appealed. If I wanted a beat up shoe, I’d rather chucks or Jordan 1’s. The MM replicas though: top choice. I just go up a size and chuck an insole in. Cause you’re right, no cushioning!

Veja's are NOT all vegan. Maybe some are but they default to "ethically sourced" cow leather. Ironically adidas stan smiths have recently moved to using synthetic leather

Well, not really. These are the type I avoid. My feet are proportially large compared to my length. Flat low profile shoes makes that extra obvious. While with a relaxed fit pant and a little more bulky shoes, like a AF1, it is less obvious. If I am trying to dress up I would either just put on a boot or go with a black pair of Jordan 3 or a clean pair of AF1. So always have a clean pair AF1 around. Body shape is important when you pick your style. If you are short and have large feet, tight pants with long shoes look absolutely ridiculous.😊 I am a true size 42.5EU and in Puma it is still 42.5. The only brand where I switch around between 42 and 42 2/3 is Adidas. For AF1 I take 42.
