Depends on your feet type, if you got wide feet try half size up or 1 size before buying

Do they feel noticably different compared to the elites? I have a pair of elite phantoms and i want to get the pro mercurials but i dont want to lose the premium quality im used to.

Pro mercurials has similar quality on the upper but sole plate will be like the academy

Im not sure what size that is as we are a Uk based company, but my advice is you buy the boot to try on first and if not fit you can always return them back

Idk if you bought any other shoe but i was wearing 43 1/3 on adidas as well and it barely fits for me so i went to my lical nike store and tried both 44 and 44.5 and 44 fits perfect but i bought 44.5 cause i'll be wearing it with regular socks, not some thin other brand sock so it'd better for you to go with 44.5
