I had a pair of Legend 7s and after wearing them for a just part of a season, the kangaroo leather upper basically gave up and split down the middle. I didn’t realize that it had happened until after practice that night, and I was so upset that my beloved cleats had died that I actually cried😂. I never even returned them because I am so attached to them. Thanks for sharing your story! I really enjoy your videos

Has anyone else experienced Adidas boot failures. My first pair of Predator 18+ Turf boots had the upper come unglued from the midsole. Adidas refunded me and I bought a second pair. Now my outsole is coming unglued from the midsole! Do I just have terrible luck?

Josh must be a heavy footed boi. Only issue I've ever had with any brand is the upper ripping from overuse after a MINIMUM of a year. I currently have 2 Adidas pairs and 2 Nike that I have had for YEARS. They are great. Maybe a little worn, but never had any cleats that straight up broke.

Only warranty claim I ever tried to make was with Puma Australia, the base plate tore off a little on my 8 year old son's boots...they told me it was the retailers responsibility, not there's...so I bought Nikes

I also have been banned I broke a pair of vapor ix's carbon fiber soleplate broke sent them back. Got a pair hyper venom 1's the upper ripped sent those back, got another pair of vapor ix's carbon fiber soleplate broke sent those in, claim denied. I had two pairs of magista obras break didn't even try to send them back. Now I have a pair super fly 6's elite I've had for two weeks and the same stud ripped off on both shoes. It's actually the same location that broke on the obras. It's been a few years so I'll try sending these back to Nike.

I sent back my flyknit ultras, which are probably my favorite boots, and I got a voucher for them but it was only worth 120. I had used nike claim service two or three previous times and it has worked so I knew I did everything right and i was confused why they only gave me part of the money back. So I called nike plenty of times and they kept on saying the same thing and being difficult, I even showed them my proof of purchase which is not necessary for a claim in the US and I read the terms and conditions to prove some of the employees wrong when they referred to them. All in all I was disappointed with there customer service. I finally got them to make an internal claim where they would check with the inspector that supposedly checked my cleats to see why the incorrect amount of money was set back. Weeks later I get an email saying that after checking with the inspector, the product I sent back was not the limited edition flyknit ultra worth 250 USD, but was a pair of sneaker called “Pegasus” worth 120 USD. I was in shock when I read this, because I never even owned or purchased a pair of Pegasus and i was very disappointed and upset with the customer service and claim system. I don’t know if they did this because I already made three claims, although it was in the span of three years and not four months. I learned that even though the directions when submitting a claim never state to place a proof of purchase when sending the product, it does not hurt to send one, so that the inspector doesn’t mess up. I’m know I already said this but i was very upset and in shock, because nike was straight up lying to me and I had no power to do anything. I loved the cleats and I love other nike products, but I am really mad about this incident and will be more careful when making any other claims, which by the way I am about to send back my vapor 12s, so wish me luck :)

Thats why I don't waste time with Nike, unreliable and overpriced, and they don't seem to really want to honor warranties. If I had to go Nike it would probably be the Premiers since the build is practically idiot proof, a K-leather soccer boot. But as its Nike, I'd be lucky if it last 6 months.
