Nike Infinity RN4 Review

I love these shoes... maybe the best I have run in... but I have big powerful legs and need all the support I can get, they dont feel heavy on my feet... I feel safe running in these, and dont get joint pain like with other shoes with less support. I don't have a need for speed and changing to a "faster" shoes wont make me go any faster... I do a half marathon in 2 hrs. Just putting that out there for runners who have that same dynamic.

100% agree in particular with the foam review. This shoe is great for boring miles and for me being a bigger guy with flat feet I find these at least don’t hurt me which is as good as it gets for me 😅

To really have fun with these shoes you have to heel strike. For me , it has a nice heel to toe transition, and the rocker helps to keel up the pace. I only did one run with the Invincible 3 that I got in the Black Friday , and so far, I'm liking more the Infinity 4 to run faster over the Invincible 3 . But I was loving how soft and cushioning was the Infinity 4 that it reminded me of the Gel-Nimbus 25 ... but now, after testing the Invincible 3, the Infinity Run 4 seems to have a hard middlesole. Lol.

I've actually been running in these through my track season (womens version). This was actually an awesome shoe for me. They have a reliable grip (did a few trail runs too), and fit my foot pretty perfectly.

It’s actually a great and comfortable all purpose shoe, great for all physical activity except running fast.

Any recommendations on Nikes for short runs? and bit of cross country trails off road running! So much choice I was gonna go for these as I have wide feet.

I am not even sure if this is a running shoe anymore with how heavy it has become. Looks nice though, I suspect loads of people will pick it up for casual use.

I got mine for $60 and I think they are a great value for that price. Not sure if I’d pay 160 for them but I’m enjoying them a lot for the value.

if you have a heel strike lik they are designed for it makes sense, a shoe with no shank will obv feel slow for a toe runner

I'm planning to pick a pair. And I'm bit concerned after your comment that these are designed for heel runners? I've almost perfect running form and land over the middle foot or the toe(purposely). Previously used ultraboost but have some click pain in right knee. Which fixes after it clicks.

Great walking shoe. Terrible running shoe. The ReactX is so dense and heavy. I've tried running with this shoe, it was not fun. To take advantage of the shape of the shoe, you kind of have to just plod your keep and roll along. If you lift your legs high when you run, you'll feel the weight. It just felt awkward. However, as a walking shoe. It's one the best in my opinion. It rolls you quite well. The weight of shoe allows you to do this. I sold it after 2 months.

At this price range you rather pick up a pair of Gel Nimbus 25 or NB 1080v13, I've heard the new Vomero is looking good too

So you say there are better shoes than this please do tell because I would like a comfy running shoe for my wife foot plus I need comfy because I have gained 50 lbs since I lost my husband 😔& I'm starting to have health issues so I have to get back to exercising 🤷‍♀️ please help... ty

I'd say the Infinity, but all 3 should serve you well. The Pegasus is possibly not as soft

Id assume. He runs on the ball of the foot and wonders why there isn’t any pushback. It’s all in the heel
