Nike Is Lying To You! - Watch This Before You Buy The Nike Premier 3.

Nike is lying to you! One of the most controversial decisions a lot of companies have taken this year is to move away from Kangaroo leather, or leather boots all together.

Nike in doing this have switched the Tiempo Legend 10 to a synthetic leather, flytouch plus and have started advertising the Nike Premier 3, one of the best value for money leather boots out there as synthetic! So it pays to know what you are buying, you don't want to be there trying to buy a leather boot and end up with synthetic, and vice versa, and that is exactly what it happening here! So, make sure you watch this before you buy the Nike Premier 3, so you don't get caught out.
As a man who only dabbles in synthetic boots I was very excited by this, but also pretty sceptical, had Nike really changed every colourway of the Premier 3 to a synethic boot?
Well, what else was I to do other than ask Nike, and order some for myself to find out and see, were Nike lying to me, or had they actually made the premier 3 synthetic?

Oh man, that's a tough one. There's nothing that immediately springs to mind with a similar fit and shape. The new GX and Luna 2 aren't like it. The Mercurial isn't, the Tiempo 10 has a square toe box but maybe would be similar length wise and the old GX might have an element or 2 but overall softer longer and wider.

I really doubt Nike would’ve changed the description of the boots to kangaroo 🦘 leather. They’re already on store shelves here in California; They would’ve had to call back all those pairs and then would’ve been fined for selling 🦘 boots. Not just that but I’m sure some “vegans” would sue Nike for the emotional damage of being tricked into buying leather boots. It’s best for Nike to just stick to their story.

You're theory is that even though Nike are incorrectly selling the premier 3 as synthetic when in fact they're leather that they are keeping it quiet to avoid a recall and a fine? There is a chance they're just not K Leather anymore and they're something like calf, which would allow them to sell in CA, but still makes no sense for them to list as synthetic when they really aren't. It's a good theory but I don't think it's the case personally, if someone like me can work it out that quickly and easily it's not going to be difficult for other people to, aside from them not being K leather i dont have a better theory either..
