Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Italian Camo": Review & On-Feet

Nike Basketball brought back this classic from 2011 - the Nike Kobe 6 "Italian Camo". Built close to the original but tweaked in "protro" form, these feature a camo printed mesh upper, crimson accents, a full length Cushlon midsole, and Zoom Turbo under the forefoot. I was really hoping to get the Kobe 8 Venice Beach. I ended up trying to buy all 3 on 4/13 and got the the Got Em notification for one pair. It ended up being these. I was a bit disappointed, but I loved them once they arrived. I’ve been wearing them a lot to break them in.

The manufactured scarcity to drive desirability by nike/jb drove this industry in the last years. But they went too far and drove away most casual fans (i.e. the majority of buyers).

Definitely not worth second hand price with them not being a comfortable shoe in general if you’re going to wear them casually

It's a very comfortable shoe especially if u decide to use them for the gym. You just gotta get ur right size and break them in

They become comfortable after wearing a bit. The insole is meant to mold to your foot.
