The fit of the kobe 8 protro's are really good! Though I wouldn't encourage wide footers to wear them. In my opinion, they perform really well with shifty guards.

Man I love all kobe sneakers, especially this one. Coming with the all white which is a real clean color ngl. But them resell prices are super high, which us hoopers mostly can't rly buy it. Still, really good shoes especially if u a shifty guard + super dope reviews and I love your collection

Any issue with mid carbon shank? I heard it pokes around the edges of the drop in insole. Btw I had inner arch pain with j38 when side jabbing

They had snug width, but there was a tiny bit of length for me. But overall amazing fit.

Of all of these, and from what I’ve seen from reviewers, Serious Player Only Player 1 Plus’s (wow what a mouthful of a name lol) are the closest to kobes.

Kobe 8 proto maybe the same as the rest of the Kobe’s with just a refresh & this shoes hard to get , ja morant is pretty good with traction similar to Kobe’s

i got a superwide foot where i often go up a full size on some shoes and they still too narrow, i went 42.5 my true size on the kobe 8 and broke them in they were hella comfy but got completely torn apart over time, so the EM material is great for us widefooters but we will destroy the shoe eventually. Best shoe ever had 20 shoes lol

I broke mine in yesterday and I must say I prefer kobe 8s halo to my kobe 6s 😅 the only problem is it gets dirty rather quick and for me I will have to clean them straight away after every use 🤣

Yep. I think the drop in midsole work perfect for me as I have dodgy knee. I played in a lot of shoes and sometimes I have soreness all over my body but not on Kobe 8s, even after playing for 3-4 hours in it.
