Guards have wider shoes or at least a curved outer soul because they move side to side on crossovers. Lebron doesn’t do many crossovers, but rather because he’s so strong, he just needs a shoes that will allow him to perform a straight line drive at high speeds, with his weight in mind. So he doesn’t need much of an outrigger.

@@jsmoove100 bruh, the height is mostly air XD. it compresses, unless you're basically wrestling and being thrown around these should give you an advantage. Idk, I mostly play soccer on soft ground, and run Xcountry, I don't do the sharpest turns, but in my race shoes which have similar height to the lows I have no problem making sharp changes as long as im putting my weight on my toes, and not falling back onto my ankle for some reason, plus I have shoes with close to 2 inches of foam, and air, but they only feel unstable when I am walking.

Assuming you are not part of the top 1%, for outdoor, look for any of the Chinese/Asian company shoes like Peak, anta, asics, Li Ning etc, they are relatively cheaper im price as compared to the western companies like Puma, Nike, Adidas etc and also have good cuashioning and durability
