Nike Missile Base PH-58 under demolition - Drone video

We go back to the Nike missile base PH-58. Yes, that's the one where I almost lost my drone.
My family and I were driving by on the way to the Jersey shore when I spotted all of the activity over at the abandoned missile base. I had no idea demolition was imminent when I visited the site and made the earlier video at the beginning of July. I had the drone with me to film dolphins off the coast. I'm glad I did. I filmed when they were working, they didn't seem to care. I got some better close up shots on the way back on Saturday when the area was quiet.
I usually don't take videos down but i did the original video to shorten it and I added the launch site to this video. And...oh....the weather didn't cooperate so no dolphin video, perhaps another time.

Wow. How lucky was that getting the before and after of the missile base. I found it very interesting seeing the base without all the trees and bushes. Hard to believe a place once holding weapons of mass destruction is now going to be a place for families to gather and enjoy. What a good out come ! Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

I remember when you posted the first video on the missile base, I didn't realize they were going to tear it down. But that was great you got a chance to get more footage of it being taken down. I wish I would have gotten over there to see it. Thanks for sharing.
