I bought a pair sometime in September or October of 2022 because my feet were getting too big for my revolution 5’s, and I definitely noticed the tight feeling when attempting to lace up the shoes for the first time. However, since I always double knot my shoes (the knot can literally last for a year from my experience!!), I readjusted the knot to not create that “tight” feeling, and never even noticed after that! Also, I loved the cushioning the shoes provided since they provided comfort and felt almost as if they gave me a slight spring in my step, enabling me to walk and run faster. Just recently however, the wear and tear I put on the shoes started coming back to bite me, so I have purchased a new pair of the same shoes! I would definitely recommend the shoes to anybody who pushes their shoes hard and relies on the extra grip that the soles provide, and especially to those who double knot their shoes, since once you lace them up for the first time and find the sweet spot of fitting, you never even notice a tight feeling.

I think I would have to put the Renew Ride or Run 2 as options that I would prefer over this one. The Renew Ride 2 is $75 USD by nature, but I've seen some colorways on sale for around $65 at Nike. That shoe is still a bit narrow at the instep, so I'd recommend trying them half-size up. The Run 2 is the next step up, which I've also seen on sale anywhere between $50-$80. I prefer the Run 2 because of the dual-density foam since it provided an overall better experience. Another option that I'll throw in the mix (since I'm currently working on a video for it) is the Flex Run 2021. It's only $80 USD regular price, and, so far, it's been great for that price and I think it's well worth the upgrade from the Revolution 6 (for casual wear and shorter runs). Hope that helps!

I’d have to say this Revolution 6 for casual wear! It wasn’t my favorite due to the overall narrow fit, but it still felt better than the Retaliation 3. I personally would go with the Extra Wide sizing option for my wider feet and I’d recommend that too if you want them to be a bit more roomy. Hope that helps!

Depends on what you’re looking for. The Downshifter feels like a better running shoe for me than the Revolution 6. Also, the overall fit and heel drop provides a more natural and comfortable experience. If you’re looking to wear them for running, I’d say the Downshifter 11, but consider going half-size down because they fit slightly large. If you’re looking for something to wear casually, the Revolution 6 will look a little nicer and still feel comfortable when walking. Wouldn’t really recommend either for training, but the Downshifter could work as a gym shoe. Hope that helps!

I bought them, but for me didn't work as i wanted. They don't have enough cushion in the midfoot. I tried to clim a hill on the road and it was the worst feeling, also they were too tight at the beginning of the foot but it could be for the shape of my foot. Even wear them casually didn't feel good. So I returned them. I rather to stay with my Quest 2 wich I recommend. I am just starting in the running, and I am telling you my experience as a beginner runner and for me I think I need more cushion on my shoes.

I heard a noise when the shoe hit the ground when running, which made me believe it was the rubber used at the outsole simply being loud. Besides that, I haven't had instances where there is a noise when just walking around. Keep testing them for a few days and see if it goes away, otherwise it could be a defective pair. The Winflo 7 is more responsive due to the Zoom Air bubbles at the forefoot and heel. The Winflo also has a bit more structure thanks to the materials used throughout the upper and the Flywire at the midfoot. The Revolution felt slightly softer when it comes to the foam, but I find more value for running on the structure and responsiveness of the Winflo. I think the $15 USD difference is worth the upgrade. Hope that helps!

I had revolution 7. very weird shoes... D was more like a 2E, wide from toebox to the heel. very flexible but really offers not much cushioning. Ok walking shoes but running of any meaningful distance is painful due to lack of support.

I would probably go with the Revolution 6 for all-day casual wear! I've been wearing them like this ever so often and they are actually pretty decent for it. They are not the most comfortable, but I think that it's not bad for the price. Hope that helps!

Not necessarily! I noticed that, while running, the rubber is louder than other shoes as my feet hit the ground, but nothing that I would categorize as "squeaky". If you just got them, I'd recommend trying them for a few days and see if the sound goes away, they might be defective and it would be better to return them. Hope that helps!

Appreciate the comment! I unfortunately haven't had the chance to try out the Revolution 5. However, I have worn the Revolution 6 for daily wear and I actually found it to be a great shoe for this! I have to agree, the overall toe box and even a bit of the midfoot of the shoe feel a lot more narrow than other shoes. Again, can't really compare to the Revolution 5 because I haven't tried them, but your safer bet would be trying the Extra Wide option of the Revolution 6! I also haven't gotten a chance to try those but, as far as I'm aware, Extra Wide options for Nike tend to create more room throughout the entire shoe. Hope that helps!

I think he probably meant ...when you wear new things which are meant to hug you tight would loosen up a tiny bit after wearing them for few days initially. Same thing happens with your shoes as well. They loosen up a bit after using it for 3/4 days.

I got nike tanjun from Ajio as per my experience it's for casual wear but when you prefer to go nike revolution 6 it's sports wear. I am fast Walker so for my speed and force nike tanjun won't suit, that why when I received tanjun shoes I returned to ajio within 2 days.

No tuve una buena experiencia con este modelo que compre para mí hijo en Argentina. Al tercer día de uso se despegó 3/4 la capa negra de la suela . Cómo vivo a 40 kms del el lugar adónde las habia comprado las pegue con cemento de contacto para evitar el viaje y que mí hijo pudiera ir a la escuela. Se volvieron a despegar 3 veces más y las lleve al shop donde las había comprado. Nike rechazo el reclamo x adulteración del producto. Que piensan que me gusta jugar al zapatero?

Depends on what you're looking for! There are other options that are better for running, training, wearing casually or a combination of the 3 (Ex. Renew Run 2). Other options that are better for training + running (Ex.Quest 4, Zoom Prevail). And finally there are way more options to wear casually everyday (Ex. Flex Run 2021). Hope that helps!

Yes, if you have more narrow feet, the Revolution 6 should be great! The midfoot and forefoot are a bit more tapered which creates a more narrow fit. Hope that helps!

Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it! The foam isn't the best when it comes to cushioning and the heel drop is quite noticeable, which can mess up your form. I'd recommend trying them first if you can and making up your mind that way. Otherwise, I'd recommend you look at the Renew Ride 3, which is about the same price and is great for training.
