To be honest, most of sellers don’t have the same thickness, and feel of security. Maybe not a big deal, but the Apple’s ones, are much less allergic since they are made up of fluoroelastomer. Also, the durability is day and night difference. A simple thing about durability is cleanliness. The original ones are hard to stain and easy to clean.

I see where you're coming from, but the one I use for my galaxy watch 4 is better than Samsungs $40 band and even my apple watch se blue band. The one I'm wearing was from Lerobo on Amazon and so far, they are the best sport bands ever. They breathe, and stay dry. It just depends on the material any company uses.

@@Servant_of_Yeshua96 Personally, most of my straps are 3rd party ones. I agree with you. In term of value, I prefer having several options at lower price, especially I don’t wear them always, thus no problem with durability.

@@hlmep1439 Yeah I mean I like the expensive straps, but not the expensive price. Also my skin isn't usually that sensitive, so I wonder what material they use. I'll have to look into it. My whole reasoning is actually that for my samsung watch 4 I hate the straps they have. They just, well I just don't like the design much. I discovered how cool the sports straps on amazon were instead, and I wonder why Samsung doesn't have more appealing straps. As for my apple watch, I actually am not used to it. I want to get the iPhone 13 mini and a used series 7. But I like those straps. I think that the value of the 3rd party is worth it, as long as it works for you and doesn't cause issues. But I'm in love with my Amazon black and red sport band. It just fits so good. So do you only were apple watches? What else have you tried? And how do you preserve the battery, I want a watch that lasts long.

I started off with 2 fake bands and didn't see much of a problem (except a little bit of skin irritation at first but it went away after like a couple of weeks). There are definitely fake ones that are pretty much as durable and stain resistant as the authentic ones but for a fraction of the price and as someone who likes to ocasionally change things up a little bit, a fake band will do the job just fine. But you do have a point, authentic bands are guaranteed about the quality and after trying the real ones, I definitely don't wanna go back to the fake ones.

I use just the cheap ones I don’t consider them cheap I been using the same black with volt green or yellow look for 3 years even on my new Apple Watch I had just bought two more bands off of Amazon. They save you the cost of the more expensive ones Plus easy on the pocket book Love these style of bands hands down

I agree tho the quality is inferior to the official apple ones for a daily use watch or physically demanding work they are perfect to beat up. Its like you wouldn’t wear a pair of Jordan’s to do construction work you know those are for looking fresh while you’re out.

@@VelosterRally16_UV I feel you the apple ones still tarnish with shiny stains or ink stains like jeans on white ones but the smooth texture and silky feeling u mentioned makes it feel worth while I guess the fake ones are ok for people that just want to change the band everyday without spending a lot .. but keep in mind if ur band gets stuck this will void ur warranty as I heard people get third party bands stuck in the clasp attachment groove and apple denied repairs due to being a third party band so use at ur own risk...
