Hey Nikhil, totally agree what Riaz Sir Said...taking care of you employees ...understanding their needs and Family is very important if you want your business to grow....A happy employee will always deliver his best....I have been doing recruitment for last 17years and I choose candidates with right attitude.....you can train them about the product, service etc but you cant change their attitude......
