Milou, I don't remember where l read it but it seems like Alito was pissed at his confirmation feeling that they went too hard on him and he's wanted revenge since then. They said he was furious and it's bothered him ever since. I just read this a few days ago but l read so much, l can't remember where the info came from. Midas Touch maybe? But as soon as you said what you said about him having issues, that came to mind.
