Allison and Co. have more to do with the hybrid era, which overturned many things. And if so, then Rosberg is the one who formed the team instead of Schumscher. Many of Schumacher's peculiarities were too important at the time. Like the starting number or mind games against a much faster colleague. He could have been a better guiding figure for Rosberg.

Fun fact: I don't know whether this coincidence or not. Lauda brought Schumacher when lauda became Ferrari advisor. Years later, lauda brought Schumi to mercedes. Both of them are legendary driver. Both of them know how to develop team & cara.
