This is the best Nikita series in my opinion, nothing compares..... Though I wished the ending was way different.... LFN will always be forever in my heart ❤. Love the actors/actresses, they really played their part well.

I agree with you, the ending so really sad. After everything they've been through they had to break up. It would have been better if he become operations and Nikita his second in command, taking Madeline's place.

This was sooo good. Soooo good I tell you. Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together. I'm also shocked to find an LFN vid that wasn't uploaded like 10 years ago, lol. I binged all five seasons of the show in about a week and half in August and I'm now obsessed. I've spend so much time looking up vids, fan fiction, images, etc. It's pretty ridiculous how much time I've spent on this series in such a short time span. The funny part is that I actually watched the first season of the show when it originally aired. I was just a kid but it's amazing how much I remembered as I rewatched season 1. Watching the rest of the series for the first time was a real treat. It's over 20 years old but it holds up amazingly well.

Honestly, I came across them by accident cause I liked Nikita and Michael from the new show but when I saw THESE I was like WOAH. Even though it’s old, I still saw it and man is it good. I never even knew there was more than the new one but then I realized it’s an old story recreated multiple times. It’s a gem honestly

@@bluebell8557 Peta was in a movie with Shane West (Michael in the CW Nikita series) called League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I realized that Shane has acted with 2 different Nikita actresses when I was watching season 2 of the original series a couple months ago. I was 15 when the original series came out. I watched it off and on back then. I still haven't watched all of both the Nikita series but I loved Peta and Roy as Nikita and Michael. When the CW Nikita came out I watched part of the first season. I lost track of it because I wanted to watch other stuff when it was on also. I did like Maggie Q in Designated Survivor. When Charge had the original series on a couple years ago I would watch it when I could. Unfortunately it isn't on Charge or Roku channel anymore. I think I am just going to save the money up to get the dvd set and digitally.

@@justzakkikun I can only speak for streaming in the U.S. but I saw it during the summer of 2020 on the free Roku channel. However as of January 2021 LFN was removed & it hasn't popped up on any other streaming site. I do check every month to see if it's back up. Some episodes of LFN have been uploaded to dailymotion so you can definitely find the show there. Except for one or two episodes, all of season 1 is available. For the rest of the seasons, there's a good number there but certainly not all of them. I highly recommend watching when you get a chance. It's such an entertaining show. It's sleek and sexy. Roy and Peta are wonderful to watch. Their chemistry is crazy off the charts. Also, the music is a great collection of trip-hop, electronica, ambient, French indie songs. The show has such a distinctive sound. They really couldn't afford to license Top 40 music and the show was better for it. There is a LFN playlist on Spotify that I listen to all the time. There are 22 episodes in season 1 & I recommend the episodes Nikita, Friend, Simone, Charity, Love, Escape, Gray, Choice, Rescue, Recruit, Obsessed, War & Mercy. One of the greatest shows ever made. Roy Dupuis made it so.. Peta in an interview said the show was about Nikita and Operations. I disagree , if not for Michael I wouldn't watch it..

Woah she said that?? I’m in the start of season 3 and I don’t see how the show is about operations at all. Michael was the heart and Nikita was the spine. Everyone else was just extra.

@@DziewczynaWBialym Its the way Roy chose to play Michael---its extremely subtle, but you need to watch his facial expressions, subtle body movements, poises carefully and his eyes---he might have done more with a minimalist acting technique than any other person/character i've ever seen on TV.

Tamara Richter hahahaha I was actually born in 2000 so I had no idea this show even existed. I was a big fan of Nikita the new show then somehow I came across la femme Nikita and was blown away. By far the best version out there (to be fair I haven’t seen the original movie) but I’ll try to make time to see it. This show is amazing though. Michael is such a complex character and the actor plays him with so much depth. Nikita is so unique in the old show. Her personality blew me away. She was quirky and odd and great. The new show was bland in comparison. The characters had no depth.

@@mistersurrealist Before the series ended, Nikita, now in charge, suggested to Michael that he might return as an operative after his son came of age and was on his own. In real time, that would be now. The series could be revived with Nikita as Operations and Michael as Field Operative #1. It's too bad that Don Francks died a few years ago. Carlo Rota is still living, however.

For me it started to suck in the beginning of season 3. Michael having a wife and a kid was a ridiculous story line. It didn’t fit with season 1 and 2 at all.
