Son los mejores!, y mira que me miro a todos los que hablen de comidas, pero ustedes lo explican a la perfección los platos, los sabores, la texturas, y también que informen de los locales que visitan y de los precios, comparando calidad -cantidad= precio. También la forma de filmar los platos y las sensaciones que les producen al probarlos, lo hacen súper. Para alguien que quiera visitar Perú (vivo en Barcelona) la información que dan, es buenísima!, con toda clase de información, también, claro, siempre hay alguna cosa por mejorar, pero para mi en conjunto son, ahora. It's interesting to see how cultures blend. To have a Japanese buffet in Peru with it's own Peruvian flavors is amazing! It's like American sushi being totally different than Japanese sushi. This sushi looks so good! Great video, as always!

Peru has a lot of close ties to japan since many came over to peru in the late 1800's. The failed Peruvian president Alberto Fujimori was of japanese decent.

Congratulations for another great video. When traveling around the world I never forget to ask the locals because they would know all the right places to eat and this is exactly what you are doing. In my last visit to Peru I happened to visit the same restaurant and the food was literally ‘out of this world’. For another video I would recommend you guys to try “El Rocoto” which is food from Arequipa, a whole new chapter in Peruvian food. Enjoy tour stay in Peru.

Yuka T Of course, I love Japanese Rolls, however this is a mixture of Japanese and Peruvian ingredients. The Peruvian descendants from Japanese are a very big community in Perú and they are known as Nikkei’s

Oceanika is not that good for the nikkei experience, you should try Osaka its a bit expensive, but totally worth for the experience! Love your videos 💜

Suushiii!! If you guys wanna try some amazing sea food, and not quite expensive, Barra Lima is a great place to go. That place and Tzuru, a nikkei restaurant in San Isidro, are my favourites in Lima, so, it'd be awesome if you gave any a visit.

Didn't know you guys were back in Lima! Great news! :) it's been quite a while, I still remember the M&G in the lighthouse park as it was yesterday :) oh and yeah, I too strongly suggest you to try Edo Sushi bar. It's waay better than All You Can Eat sushi restaurants (a little more expensive though) but still more affordable than fancy nikkei rests like Maido or Osaka. I'm sure you'll love it!

That's a REALLY REALLY good question. To be honest Chinese and Japanese fusion food is huge in Lima so I'm a bit surprised we haven't found more Korean spots.

Unless you have been to Peru and tasted the food you don't know how good the fusion is. There is a reason why the top chefs in the world vote Peruvian chefs and restaurants high up the list of the top chefs in the world. I'm all for tradition but there's a place for fusion too. No reason not to have it all!
