Sure and all. I would love to buy AG1 but for a monthly cost of €90? The product should be 1/3 of that at most… now it costs twice my bouldering subscription. Besides its proven that supplementation (except for maybe creatine) is not necessary if you have a healthy balanced diet. All these “extra” vitamins and minerals will end up in the toilet.

Hey man, I use Lenova, pretty basic i think, It's not really useful to have a professional grading screen when the videos are made for youtube. So I found this screen gives the most basic and universal feel. Hopefully one day I can grade for a cinema experience and go all out :)

6C? Holds look good. I've been on the part of the wall, it's quite steep. I would think 6Bish but the second move hanging over is too hard for a 6B and also the cut loose. However, it didn't seem there was an exceptionally straining or difficult move bringing it into 7A terrain. Could be wrong though cause Nikken would make anything look like a 5.. but I'd say 6Cish!
