Another wonderful and fantastic episode of The Harder to Breathe Podcast, the conversation you and Duck had with Nikki was fantastic and quite interesting. I'm loving watching this Podcast and it's been an excellent experience to follow the episodes and watch them. Big hug from Brazil Ryan

Another great topic, healthy relationships are an everyday issue. Verbal judo is very important not only with others but ourselves as well. Inquiring and learning the skills of verbal judo is very unique and powerful. It’s not necessarily what you say but how you say it. You can be blunt, direct and cold without others knowing it. Generally trauma is strong, also understanding and knowing that at 5 months in the womb we are already programmed. So think about mothers at 5 months into pregnancy, what was going on in their lives and continue that down the line. I love this quote, “disappoint all, don’t disappoint yourself”! You need to get to a point where you decide, choose and do what’s best for you! It’s easier to say you can make changes when you’re financially set. It’s harder when your living paycheck to paycheck or starting again from nothing. But I do agree that everyone has “past life experience” or “on the job training” you have qualifications for the job in other ways. I would love to do a podcast but I have no idea where and how to start it. Not sure I have the means either, but it’s a dream. Happy birthday Nikki! Live yourself like nobody else can, could and will! Great job!!!

Wait...are bananas bad?
@RyanDusickOfficial3 ай бұрын
Haha! I guess it depends on who you ask! I happen to like bananas! Good source of potassium and magnesium, and they are delicious! They are starchy and/or sweet though, so I'm guessing she would make an argument about that maybe? Other fruits have more fiber than bananas too? Idk lol
