2. Once I was riding a Ural motorcycle out of the yard of my parents’ house and pressed the handle once as I drove out of the gate. At a speed of 20 kilometers per hour, I touched the edge of a metal gate with a 2-centimeter corner of the sidecar. There was a roar throughout the entire yard. The motorcycle stopped abruptly. My mother began to scream at the top of her lungs so that they would never give me a motorcycle again. But I make it again with no problem and moved on.

3. I once put a raw egg in the microwave and it exploded. I was waiting for the egg to boil. But in fact, half was cooked and half exploded.

4. I once confused my aunt’s work bus, which carried they for free, with another bus. I went 20 kilometers further. When the driver asked about money, i only looked at him in bewilderment. There was money, but it was to be free!! I was pushed out of the bus and walked along an unfamiliar route in the snow 20 kilometers to home. Don’t listen to any aunts and don’t expect cheap options.

5. One day at school I forgot my jacket. For three days in a row they came to class and asked “whose jacket?” The first time I didn’t recognize it, I said it wasn’t mine. The second time I found out, but was embarrassed to say, the third time I didn’t have time to say, they quickly left. In the end, my mother took the jacket. This was almost 30 years ago.

Thanks for sharing! GIRL! I am not full time, just on funtime (aka retired)! I pooped in my running tights once in downtown Austin after a 10k coz I couldn't find a potty! Had to walk 3 miles back to a hotel! I say live authentic, coz lots of folks go thru shit and NOBODY ADMITS IT! LOVE THE PUPS❤ Rember shit happens and prayers work coz God is good.

I'll share some funny bus/van stories from my life. I'm in a small van/skoolie and have been living in it while building it at the same time. I ended up getting sick one winter, and was street parked conveniently near a frat so my excessively loud vomiting by my door blended in. I realized I didn't chew my French fries very well and ended up hopping back up front to spew more only a few minutes later. Not much longer in the same winter, I must have caught the flu. The only nearby thing I had at 3 am was a harbor freight bucket holding some tools, so I dumped it out on my floor and filled said bucket 25 percent full. Threw it in the nearest dumpster once I stopped vomiting! Another time I had just put my mini fridge in here and didn't want to waste what was left of my gallon of milk. So I put it in a cup and a new gallon of milk would fit my shelf next to it. The cup spilt, and the door must have opened mid drive, i was going to hang with a friend. I saw the milk pool and trail all the way from the back of the bus to the cab, and wondered how a single cup made such a massive mess! My friend had to wait while I toweled milk up... One summer I hopped up into the driver seat and a massive hornet had found a way in, it was on the driver window right next to my face when I saw it. I threw the door open and ran out the bus doors on the other side haha! I fell through my first wooden bed and got a good hole in the arch of my foot, then had to walk around a dumb job limping everywhere. I was cutting a 2x4 with my circular saw and the blade kicked back over my thumb, cutting to bone, almost ripping it off, and revealing my ligament. I looked at it for bit in the Lowe's parking lot, crossed the street to the luckily nearby ER. Got stitched up and offered the doc a thumb war. Then went to the gym shower with my left arm covered in blood, face blood splattered, and of course my one white shirt stained. The people at that gym were assholes so I was fine wandering in like that. They left me alone after that 😂 One of my favorites was when I had to clear snow off my rooftop deck and solar system, but I don't have a ladder built yet. So I parked near a big soft looking snow pile, climbed the back door of the bus, and it shut when I was up there. I clean off the roof and think, I'll casually fall into the snow pile "It looks soft!" Then proceed to break my arse on the solid ice it turned out to be and skid on the trails parking lot. I had a bruised butt for a week or so. Loved your stories! Hope you enjoyed these. Keep up the content and adventures! 😎

I don't ever do this, but I was so inspired I wanted to share. I suffer from a lot of anxiety, and it often makes decisions difficult which leaves me feeling trapped. I feel like I was stuck for a while but watching your journey I saw a lot of similarities in my life, and it helped me get over a lot of fears. I realized I was holding myself back. I always wanted to travel after high school and had been looking into nomadic lifestyles when I found your channel. As you adventured to all these amazing places and did all these exciting things, I kept thinking “I want to be there!”. It became my mantra and has helped me stay focused on my goal. I have since purchased a van and have been converting it for full time living. There is still a lot of work to be done, but I wanted the project. Once I complete it, I want to hit the road with my dog Chewie. I plan to start in my home state of Michigan and explore places I have never been, making my way through the Upper Peninsula and then keep on moving west. I want to visit as many national parks as possible. My job has been completely remote since Covid so now I have the chance to work while I travel. I would have started earlier but I also suffered a back injury right around the same time. It’s been a lot of rehab and I'm still not one hundred percent but I can’t put it off any longer. Knowing I had a goal kept me motivated to keep getting better. I feel like you are partially to thank for helping me get this far and I just wanted to share my appreciation. I can't wait for my office to be wherever I park. Maybe we’ll meet on the road one day. Take care.
