Great tips! You are a huge inspiration. For anyone who doesn't like plain water or water enhancers, they have cold infusion tea's. They are sugar-free, caffeine free and go into water bottles. There are different brands and flavors and I think they taste great.

I've been working out since June of 2024 and it's taking me FOREVER to lose the weight I want to lose. I'm 46, eat healthy now, exercising, so after 7 months I've only lost 35lbs! I hold my fat in my belly for sure. So thank u for this video

I appreciate your videos so much! I’m trying to get myself back to the gym. For a year I did bootcamp classes and I always had an instructor so now I’m nervous about just going to the gym and figuring out what I should do. Do you have any advice for that?

No need for a gym...especially if you are just starting, pick 4 or 5 bodyweight exercises, do 12 reps and 3 sets to start with fir at least a month, then change or add, try to walk most days, 30 minutes is all you need, there are tons of great videos

I used to drink protein coffee but have noticed it's been hindering my loss. The ingredients in the premier protein are not good for my gut, makes me bloat and messes with my body so I had to give it up. Trying to figure out another plan to get my coffee fix every day without the stomach aches from all the chemicals.

I have not had any procedures-over time is has improved more than I ever expected from staying consistent with healthy eating habits, heavy weight lifting, drinking collagen, dry brushing and overall just taking better care of my skin! It’s still loose there but not nearly what it was when I first lost the weight 4 years ago!

Look at videos online, start with just 2 upper, 2 lower and 2 core...build from there, do it every other day

I have 4 young kids (youngest are 2 and 3 yrs old) and I just have to accept my stomach will never look like a 20 yr old Instagram fitness influencer’s 12 pack 😂 I do work out a lot and the Sweet Sweat band helped me a little bit, it’s never going to be perfect. The stomach is the hardest part to tone up and usually the last body part to get smaller compared to the legs (for example).

You add either a protein shake if cold coffee or powder is usually used with the hot coffee I believe. I’m a cold coffee drinker so I add a shake to mine. The flavor combos are endless!

A recommendation would be to insert pictures of the things you talk about or show a heading like “Prioritize Sleep” or “Drink Water” to help hold interest and attention. I find it challenging for me personally to stay attentive if just watching you talk (a little fast) but if there were more pictures or a running list that would come up on screen to show your tips, that would be helpful. You have great advice and it’s valuable for all of us. This is a suggestion not a criticism as I do believe in what you say and did lose 80lbs on WW years ago but regained it. Your tips are getting me back on track so thank you!

@lisabynum7943 KZbin settings allows you to control the playback speed. Change it from 1x to .8x or .75x... it will sound slightly different but it will be slower.
