I got your cookbook, and am loving it! Such good ideas, and I love that most of the recipes are 1 or 2 servings, because I'm the only 1 in the house following a diet and can focus on just my meals while my husband fixes for himself and the kids.

the Palmini hearts of palm lasagna noodles...what aisle, section may they be found in the stores? frozen, fresh produce..l am not sure where to look in my local stores.

I get President brand fat free feta 2ounces = 1 point. I do like the Tyson brand chicken but have not found the one with black pepper yet. Just be careful because even though the shredded chicken one is seasoned very good it is 3pts per serving. Really like grocery hauls because get some good ideas and new things to look for.

Besides our "foodie" road trips to your area😅. We go on the hunt for groceries!. WOW, r-e-a-l-l-y noticed a difference between Woodmans and Meijer$$$$😒. For us.....Woodmans was best❤

How I wish I was able to find the Tyson Blackened chicken strips again. I use to buy bags of them all the time. I even reached out to Tyson directly, and they said they couldn't find any stores in my area where I could purchase it. I use to be able to find them at Costco and Target, but I haven't been able to find it for years. So sad!

Great video! You can make your own ground chicken breast in the food processor. So much cheaper than purchasing it already ground. It cooks up identical to the pre ground chicken, too!

Don't eat the Sargento cheese until you check the recall list! Many were recalled yesterday for being contaminated with Listeria 😢

Just fyi the Sargento recall at this point is only for their cheese sold to restaurant/business suppliers. No grocery stores are involved at this point.

First of all- how to you find time to keep after the comments! That was a very quick response!!! Thanks! I hope when I switch over to maintenance some day I get more points. I only get 23 points and some of the snacks you show look so good but it’s tough to spend more than 1 or 2 points on a snack. I will keep watching and I have your cookbook.
