I know this has been said several times but I'm going to say it again because it is SO TRUE! Thank you Nikki for being such a calm and positive influence, you are such an inspiration, specifically for me it's health wise- both mental health and physical. I have pretty well always struggled with my weight, last year my family and I started going to the local high school track and actually started jogging(something I swore I would never do lol), I did start changing my diet but you have given me so many more ideas, you are just an amazing woman! Nikki I started working out 4 days a week since October. I found your videos and I always watch them post workout when stretching. There is something sooo inspiring and calming about your videos. We have a lot in common and Its been so inspiring/motivating watching your videos. I just wanted to thank you for the joy they bring me as part of my daily routine. Oh and as per request, my favorite fruit is berries. Mostly red ras and blackberries. I am trying to create an "edible landscape" so my property is bordered with wild raspberries and blackberries.
