I can remember hearing Second and Sebring for the first time 10 or more years ago and tearing up. Its great that the band is putting out tracks like this, that reflect the fact they have been around so long in the best way.

This song is way way better than obsolete and it reminds me of when Austin was in the band and I love it. Has restoring force vibes and that and the flood are my favorite albums. I’m glad they haven’t changed their sound. They do this the best. They don’t need to change

Definitely love the direction their sound has been going. I still miss Austin's vocals, but I definitely prefer the heavier stuff they're doing now over Restoring Force. The Flood is probably still their best album imo.

The Flood & Self Titled will always hold a special place in my heart. I was lucky enough to get to see them live back in the day when Aaron was first transitioning into the band & Austin still did screams while Aaron did cleans. Best thing I heard since Shay. I'll never not miss Austin's vocals though.

I'm waiting for the last song of this EP is going to be heavy as The Depths. We have Obsolete the more mellow song, we have timeless which is heavier by far than Obsolete, and then we need a song that's as heavy as the depths or mushroom cloud which in my opinion the depths and mushroom cloud are two of the heaviest songs Of Mice And Men have ever put out. Super excited for this new ep.

@@Tmoney445 I'm mostly into Technical death metal and dsbm, when it comes to metalcore I only like certain bands, Ice Nine Kills, Paledusk, Silent planet, Crown the Empire, Veil of maya. Those are bands I've been listening to for 12 years. I had a friend in 2013, and she loved Of mice and men. Don't know where she is now..

Got into these years ago, with the self titled album and most albums I've liked and for sure this track sounds like a bunch of their stuff thrown into one song. With the good old core stuff with a bit thrown in from the recent earth & sky (melodic kinda ambient stuff etc) I wholly agree its a great track.

@@SirusX1 Same here. It's how it seems to me since their older stuff is more like post-hardcore and I lean more into metalcore. Both genres kinda go in the same way but it's a matter of preference.
