I guess they are more on the same page for what songs to record. If you look at Ghost Kid (Sushi, the former singer) you will see a lot heavier stuff and way darker lyrics, quite the opposite of what EC is doing now. I think the split was for the better, both parts can create what they love and we as listeners get it all :D

I like their music with Sushi too, but Nico is better in my opinion. I believe they would have still blown up if Sushi would have stayed, but maybe not as big as they are now. I dig Ghostkid, and I think Nico is a better fit for Eskimo Callboy, so it’s a good thing he decided to leave.

@@luciddreaming999 I don't think either vocalist is "better" in the general sense, but I think the lineup change was best for everyone. Sushi is doing fantastic stuff with Ghostkid, and Eskimo Callboy seems to have the perfect Chemistry in their band with Nico in it now.

As a 2010s german scene kid, I'm so hyped for all of these. When Eskimo Callboy released their first EP, the "scene" scene was already starting to disappear. Seeing them 10+ years later, being larger than they ever were, both keeping the original style and wrapping it into a musical comedy that adults can have fun with is SO amazing.

great song. it's funny how electronicore is clearly still a popular genre in the states, it took off here in UK but then bands that started it turned their noses up and moved on pretty quickly around 2012. I hope asking alexandria or enter shikari revive it here too.

Ok the drummer is MVP again. Running in place while drumming, freaking hilarious. I want to party with all these guys, they just like to have fun. And the ladies they get for these videos. Yowza. The hip action from the one with most of the screen time, very nice. I grew up in the 80's, those outfits are on point. Spandex and leg warmers man, can't be beat.
