True, but what I don't like is that they musically just sound like a generic modern metal band. They don't sound like on poisen oder scream aim fire anymore. Which, depending on who you ask, is either a good or a bad thing. I would have loved if they go back to that metal core kinda thing but have a new twist on it. And rightfully so. I’ve been a fan since 2005 when I first heard them in NFS MW. I’ve listened to a lot of their stuff, even Temper Temper, that most of the people didn’t like. I liked Venom. But Gravity was just a radio friendly shit of an album. I am not being a hypocrite, I just voice my honest opinion as a long time fan. So if all the shit made them switch to more heavy and angry shit - it’s a win. Especially considering that most bands nowadays tend to go heavy. I am all up for it.

As a person who's been listening to metal for 20 or 25 years it's so encouraging to see how all the little sub genres of metal are merging and being embraced by each other and slowly morphing into this mega metal genre type shit. Their heart hasn’t been in it since 2008. Why do you think Jay and Moose both have criticised them after leaving? If you just listen closer to everything after Fever you can hear them really scraping the barrel with riffs and completely skipping solos as often as possible. Gravity was the most insulting attempt at a money grab I’ve ever seen a band try to pull off. This song is really dull, the riff is bland, the drumming is stale and the vocals are really bad. I don’t get why anyone still buys into the Bullet circus act, they are only bothered about their bank accounts.

I'm liking this slight homage to their earlier sound. Although one thing I think they've been missing from the past two songs is a nice catchy hook. Every song off of the poison and even scream aim fire has a very memorable chorus. For example "Too many times I've seen it, rip a hole into our friendship" or "Holding on to you to keep from falling, Your eyes are closing now, Another chapter's ending". I'll never forget those4 choruses but these have been kinda forgettable.
