He doesn’t say he has perfect pitch but relative pitch. You can usually see him going up the chromatic scale to find the right starting note then figuring out all the rest through relative pitch (the distance between notes).

You can develop this over time. Learn to dissect songs, especially shitty top 40 stuff as it's really too easy. These songs take zero talent from the person making all the money and fame, and 100% of the talent of the producer who generally has more musical knowledge than 20 top 10 artists combined. Once you learn the 'common' scale shapes, meaning pentatonic in all keys and minor scale in keys, with a little theory sprinkled in it's not really that difficult. The difficult part comes in the hours and hours of physical practice you need to make your fingers Dooooo that thing like it's memory. He's talented AF, no doubt, and I would say has classical piano training, hence the theory.

Its really not hard to talk in a different voice with vocal training. Its all about pitch and tone. Most girls typically have a higher pitched and softer voice so if you learn practice controlling your pitch while you sing you can also learn how to do it while you talk

not if you sing properly. Singing in a higher voice, along to songs with female vocalists, is usually a LOT easier than talking in a truly feminine voice, like even TheDooo doesn't do it properly, you can sort of tell that he's a dude from the voice. you use different forms of breathing when singing vs speaking, and different muscles are activated (which is how kellin Quinn sings so high, he sings without really triggering a certain muscle, forgot which one but.)
