Judging from the voting style, we shouldn't say some villagers are the "most hated." The poll asks you to pick your top 5 favorites, so the animals at the bottom of the list are just animals that receive the least amount of favorite votes. That doesn't mean people hate them, just that they aren't peoples' ultimate favorites. Like, I love Vivian and she is well-liked by many players, but she isn't thought of often when talking about favorite villagers. People jump to other obvious favorites like Raymond, Marshal, etc.

When I started my island in NH got Roald as my jock and I fell in love him. Later when I checked the other villagers Dom, Raymond and Judy really stood out for me and Dom is way too adorable. And I can't live without Roald and Dom on my island. I prefer Avery over Apollo. I kinda like Rocco.

I’m just glad that Stinky didn’t get voted as the worst cat! Everyone seems to hate him because of his gross design but he is my second favorite villager of all time. My absolute favorite villager is Lobo and I’m kind of shocked he wasn’t voted as the worst wolf. He’s considerably more bland looking than all of the other wolves, but he is my best villager friend nonetheless! Awesome video!

Listen Pango, Kitt, and Naomi are all "least favorite" villagers that I was so excited to get on my island because they seemed so cool but oh boy did they get on my nerves fast. I had major beef with Naomi and had to complain about her several times to get her to leave, Kitt just got super annoying and never left you alone and I am currently trying my damndest to get Pango off
