One time I was doing a Lost run and got all the way to the chest. Made it all the way to the final room before Blue Baby and fought the Bloat. Literally as soon as I spawned through the door, he Brimstone hit me and I died. The animation is too fast and you just can't react fast enough for it. Absolutely the worst.

I guess it´s just sheer luck when it comes to getting a somewhat good seed... well that plus having enough time to restart tens if not hundreds of random seeds until you get that one magical run where everything is in your favor ^_^

***** To unlock all the items you will have to beat the chest and and the dark room on hard dificulty as the lost. This might take some time, after all he is the hardest character in the game because he dies in one hit. I would suggest you to learn all the different atack patterns of the enemies and to use the lost`s flying ability to try to evade some damage. But I think you should be able to do it, I believe in you ^_^

+LatisARG Well, I would suggest you to try and learn the many different attack patterns of the enemies. This should help you to evade the incoming damage a bit better ^_^

+LatisARG If you're playing on Steam, don't be afraid to consult the wiki midgame. Knowing item combos, learning enemy behavior, be able to reliably find secret rooms, manage your resources effectively. Don't be afraid to cheese things that work, like Yum Heart comboed with the Habit.

mega satan speed runs pretty easy. find a spike trap sit on it lose enough hearts kill the first angel lose another few to add up to 10 hearts. High chances after this you'll teleport to the dark room. Can kill mega Satan on your very first run. Also if your lucky to get a brimstone + mom's knife synergy everything but hush dies in a single hit including mega satan and delerium

I recently got a very similar combo with Azazel but I also has a tiny planet, so every time I used Tammy's head, everyone close to me got hit by all 8 brimstones. Sadly, I just defeated mom for the first time in the previous run, so this run ended after defeating Satan.
