You guys need to do something about your audio in outdoor videos. Invest in windscreens or dead cat buffers, but your voice at times is completely inaudible.

Come on guy's, invest in a microphone that works well in the wind 😢

New RVs are crap when new. I cannot imagine the mess you would have with a flooded one.

It's like Halloween ( trick or treat ) , like you said going door to door. You had some early years in training . LOL !! Really good episode.

Will you please bring a halt to these Co Part PR videos. A quick wizz round a 30/40 ft trailer doesn't tell us anything, does it?
@margeernАй бұрын
Hi guys , please do something with your audio . The wind noise is terrible . We watch all of your videos . Please invest in a buffer

the location of my fuse panel is high up on the wall, it use to be down low , move everything up high and out of the way, see i have a towhauler, and the company MPG, installed the fuse box down low, so i moved it up high, reason, sometime we hose down the trailer and the fuse box is down low which is a problem, . since i did this over 5 yrs ago, now the company does the same for all there trailers
@stevem268Ай бұрын
hte tall "double decker" and "massive" trailers are park models and are not meant to be towed anywhere except by a delivery truck and driver

Good job showing us all these RVs. That is a lot of walking and research to find a good one. Do you guys have problems selling salvage/flood RV's?

Take that lovely airstream home michael 😅

Not worth the headache, send them to the scrapyard, fixing and reselling to the unsuspected is terrible ,that would be worse than what dealers are doing to people
@sicily6740Ай бұрын
Mike, I think it's a mistake to concentrate only on Class A RVs and trailers. Class B and Class C RV's offer lots of opportunity - they're much more nimble, many are ok to use in state and national parks, and can cost less to store. Class Bs can be used as daily drivers and family vehicles.

I have to buy one soon; my house is selling and I haven't found a home to buy yet, so thought i would live in a camper for like a year. Problem is, I know NOTHING about campers. I would prefer to get one that could use some work like what you guys are doing. Nor do I want to pay 20K for something I will resell in a year or less at a loss.

so much opportunity .. LOFL... used been thru a storm they still want $90,000 for it... do you know how many days you'd have to rent that out at $200 a night? 450 nights .. so if you could book it solid and that's a laugh it would take 1.5 years, you're hope is that it makes you enough to make the bank payment every month, then in 4-5 years you might make $800 a month if you have areal good place and real good hussel . . you wont make money renting those out specially those $350k units, unless you're in a top spot they be like $60 a night . . only so many holidays what not that warrant high dollar rent .. generally maintenance breaks you and you;re intheblack real quick... these units aren't made to be lived in every day of the year for years on end.. a few weeks every 3-4 months at best .. if you're good at maintenance and very celan and live in a dry climate you can live in em .. that big house one you looked at first? that one you might be able to find a cnei piece of property with utilities and hook it up, skirting a nice big deck front and back all the way across, a garage so forth then rent it out for big money, intheright state, cali, washington, something like that would go for about $1600 a month or so... that's paying the mortgage then some profit .. just remember you pay for something when it break, AC, heater, stove, water heaters, anything and everything .. the way they do it today is to find a nice spot where you can charge a good price, then you hire a real good rental company to rent it out for you, this way they will put that home on a their warranty plan and everything is covered, and they generally rent to real good renters as well . . the reason I think this is a good way to go is that the extra they charge you to take care of your place you get back in rent, like cali, navada, AZ that's how they do it now cuz they can get that money worked into the rent, you cannot do this if the rent is very cheap,no money or anything, so the only way to make any money with these is in a high very high dollar rental area, remember trailers do not rent for the same as a home unless you have a lot of acreage, 70% if its real big and nice, so if you can throw up like a nice big shop.. mo money $$$ acres is a good idea too, a good say a hog farmer or beef cow farmer can get into a good 40 acres with poastreus and make a good $250k in 4-5 years, a longer term you can make a million if you're l rasinglike A5 wagyu . . people do this oo, rent property with home to make money raising animals, crops even . . the opportunity must exists tho . .
