I don't understand how the MVP odds have moved toward SGA. He's playing on a completely stacked roster that would win at least 55 games without him. Jokic is putting up arguably the greatest offensive and plus minus season in NBA history and the Nuggets would win maybe 25 games if he was replaced by a decent league average center. The award is for the most 'valuable' player not the best player on a juggernaut team. I honestly don't get the thinking here other than voter fatigue and some silly idea that Jokic doesn't deserve to get 4 MVP's for historical reasons.

@@Young_Dab That's a silly ask. I could create the greatest team of all time around him hypothetically. Murray is wildly over paid and mediocre and constantly injured, Christian Braun is very limited as a starter, and the Nuggets bench is arguably the worst in the league. So we need to add a reliable point guard that can actually stay healthy and be effective in the 2 man pick and roll with Jokic and a couple of reliable 3 and D guys. One of them to guard quick and explosive opposing guards--which Braun can't do--in the starting line up and another to come off the bench. Add a decent back up center who can give you 15 minutes a game. You do that the Nuggets are scary championship contenders overnight. But because the front office has been brain dead the chances of almost any of that happening is close to zero.
