Jokic is honestly my favorite center all-time, he litterally can play as the first or second option and can fill in for jamal murray. He stepped up for Jamal Murray vs the clippers. Bright future for denver man.

When it comes to actual "value" he could've won this past season. The Nuggets, for two years now, have always been injured. Key injuries too for significant time. Even in the bubble Will Barton, who was a starter, didn't play at all. But its been Jokic who has been healthy (knock on wood) and essentially can play any position and almost does it all. Lackluster defender but it's ok. He's played with some pretty bad Denver lineups but they still win because the game flows thru him. Thru all the injuries they been a top 3 team in the West for two years now. He's also been a top 5 playoff performer the last two years and a top 5 clutch time performer.

@Alex Caruso I guarantee Murray wouldn’t have played nearly as well without Jokic’s playmaking or his ability to draw defenders from the paint. I also watched every nuggets game these playoffs and Jokic was the more consistent threat despite some of Murray’s incredible scoring streaks.

That unexpected deep playoff run last year really motivated Jokic. I saw him play his heart out in the playoffs and after that upset, dude lost hella weight and is now an MVP candidate. You can tell he's been putting in the work and is hungrier than ever. It's only a matter of time before he wins his first MVP and he's going to get a ring before he retires

It's like he can see the play develop ahead of time, and he gives these guards the best damn pass of their life to finish a bucket.
