Ive been saying this since the all star break and Minn has been proving me right every playoff game: Anthony Davis shouldve been the unanimous DPOY. He 100% had a better defensive season on top of having to use energy being their best offensive player and rebounder Davis is the only Plus defender in the starting 5 while Gobert has defensive help all over the roster. Even with the work load Davis had he STILL did better against Jokic. Gobert has one job and still cant do that

AD had a great season and played well against Joker, but Joker still dominated statistically most games. Joker's just too good right now. Embiid is actually a better matchup on Joker because he can't push Embiid around as easily as he pushes around Gobert and AD. Also, if you're gonna go with an individual defender (rather than the anchor of the best defensive team), the winner would have been Wemby, not AD.

@@slikedragon Bruh use your eyes. Davis did much better against Jokic and LA WERE UP DOUBLE DIGITS EVERY GAME If AD had some help instead of a stat padding 40yr old giving up 40+ a game on the defensive end, LA DEFINITELY wouldve won the series
