I don't understand one thing-first John promises Bruce to get him Harley's laptop, but then he promises the same, but to Batman. In the end he gives it to Batman. Of course, Bruce is the Batman, so it doesn't really matter from his and player's point of view, but John at that moment hasn't figured yet that Bruce is Batman, so he what? Ditched Bruce and gave Batman the laptop?

In episode 4, John reveals he knows Bruce is Batman. If you try to deny it, he explains that he figured it out when Bruce disappeared at the same time the bat signal appeared. The fact that they both wanted the laptop further cemented this- “you kind of gave it away with the laptop.”

Outside of it's usual definition, 'swing' is sometimes used to refer to someone's attraction towards a gender. Example "Oh, Katie doesn't like John, she doesn't swing that way." implies that Katie is homosexual. "I swing both ways" Implies someone is interested in either gender. If could also refer to general attraction towards certain characteristics. Going back to the Katie example, perhaps John is heavily into sports, and that does not appeal to her.
