Just a clarification: The balloon did NOT acutally go to outer space. Like Niko explained, it will eventually pop. But, it will pop before reaching the Karman Line (100 km above ground, the officially defined boundry between Earth's atmosphere and outer space). Here, it would be classified as near space, high in the atmosphere, and Niko's editor cleverly took that "near" word out at 3:00
